Air Conditioning was amazing. The mattress was fantastic. It was mostly clean. Fridge was lovely. Washing machine was great. Cooker not used but looked good and microwave was good. The little balcony was lovely ... quite noisy in the week but great. Barbecue on the terrace looked good but we did not use.

The "delux" apartment was not how I would describe delux. It was comfortable but lots of cosmetic changes could be made to put it it the delux bracket. The photos had certainly been brightened!! The toilet had no seat when we arrived. The host must have known as she had a photo of it. We then had to hang around one day for someone to come around to fit it. Despite us giving the measurements he arrived with no seat but wanted to measure it!! 3 hours later new seat!! The bath has quite a few filled chips on it. The shower is ok but not that powerful and has a fixed head. There was shower gel (although a bit watery) and shampoo and conditioner. Towels provided. The light was probably ok but looked like it was missing a cover!! Wardrobe door in main bedroom was not there and was on the balcony. The toilet seat man tried to fix it but it had warped so we told him to leave it. The kitchen was well equipped although I would say maybe too much stuff....I have never seen so many glasses and the tiny mugs were quite amusing. There was a coffee machine but no instructions. We bought a cafetiere and left it there as it was easier. The sofas were very low but ok. Tv was ok but glad we could log onto Netflix as no other English channels! The chairs around the dining table were all held together with brackets... which made you feel they were not safe!! The balcony chairs were not as in the photo...just plastic white chairs. On the terrace there was a large plastic table and a number of chairs. Sadly there were no loungers as this would have been ideal. The canopy above the table was quite frayed and on its last legs. There were some pegs but most were broken! Generally there were lots if little plastic hooks around and the decor was very tired.

The property was very clean, it was basic but more than met our requirements., There is a nice little balcony off the front room & a roof terrace with a built in BBQ

There was nothing to dislike

Me, my partner and 4 children stayed here, was absolutely brilliant, the views from the roof when the sun is setting over the lake in the distance is truly a sight. The location is perfect, bus stops right outside the apartment to travel into the city which you can then connect up to Alicante or or other major hubs. within a 30min walk you have the shopping centers, restaurants, fast food family entertain/activities, and across the road is a a couple restaraunts with a shop and a couple bars, the warmer months the water park opens which is a 5 min walk across the road, and if you have a car rented it's a perfect base to have, to travel into all the surrounding towns very easily (5 mins in 1 direction and your straight on to the dual carriageways/major roads. We will be using this apartment again in the future for sure!

There wasn't anything we didn't like tbh, maybe something that could be added is a note pad and and pen for customers, to write tips and tricks, and trips.like locations and things, so people can flip through a book for some ideas of previous customers who stayed, but it is not something I didn't like, I just liked the ideas of me and my family sitting down at the table writing in a page
