The pictures shown in booking.com doesn’t do justice as the apartment is beautiful feeling like home
None ! I only deducted one point because the kitchen has no cutting knife and cutting board while having everything I needed for the stay! I have food allergy so I had to cook sometimes ! But the host was very kind to let me buy them with recommended nearby store ! I ended up buying a portable knife myself to save time instead of going shopping

I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again (and to revisit Salerno). The flat has two double bedrooms and a single. One of the doubles has a balcony that you can stand on with views of the Lungomare promenade and the sea. The block is in an excellent position for the train station, the ferry harbour and only ten minutes stroll to the historical centre. The flat was immaculate and comfortable. Everything worked fine. The 'breakfast' in the B&B of the property details is some croissants left when you first arrive but no matter - there are plenty of places nearby to get breakfast.
Communication with the Diatome management company was rather hit and miss after booking and perfunctory on arrival. There were no messages of the 'we hope you have a lovely stay' type that we received from other bookings in the Napoli region on this trip. Nor were there any recommendations for places to see, shop and eat. None of this mattered at all to us but a cheery welcome on WhatsApp and friendly customer service is always appreciated.
