Great location for the water front and restaurants etc, lovely apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay, easy to access with the lift to move luggage, didn't meet the owner but great communication about how to access etc.
A little unsure on security with codes to access etc, unsure on how the main door secured other than a code - would be nice to have an extra bolt on the inside of the main door to "double lock" at night. AC in the living area wasn't working but was not an issue as bedrooms worked exceptionally well and cooled the whole apartment down

Location, location, location - and of course the fantastic architecture of the building in general - Art Deco or Art Nouveau?

Posizione, pulizia, ambienti grandi, letti comodi, frigo vero con congelatore, condominio tranquillo. Ottima e veloce la comunicazione col gestore della struttura, con istruzioni chiare e semplici. Appartamento sito al piano 4 con ampio ascensore (ma sono presenti alcuni dei gradini prima di raggiungerlo). Valido il rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Problemi nel regolare la temperatura dell'acqua nella doccia (o bollente o gelida). Mancava il bagnoschiuma (erano presenti due bottiglie di shampo). Nessuna cuffia per i capelli. Nelle camere manca un mobile per poggiare la valigia.
