Great location; 5 min from the market/city center (supermarket next door). The host was very friendly and communicated well. You will have a great big shower with good pressure; a fridge: airco: a balcony and a small room (i had 2 single beds) it felt small but it was good for a few days.
The room is quit small, if you are a bit clumsy you might hit your knees at the corners of the beds/table but that can also just be me;)
