Excellent location, very helpful property manager.

The property manager Nicola was extremely helpful all through the stay. He checked on me repeatedly to ensure I reached the property without any trouble. He was very prompt in responding to any queries I made. He was also extremely helpful during the checkout process.

The only issue was the opening and closing of the door of the apartment right next to ours. Every time someone entered or exited the apartment, it felt like they were using our doors!

Prime location

Very close to the palace ruins and promenade only 2 mins walk to the entrance. Shops, bakeries, pharmacy other amenities are just round the corner. Split city is beautiful

Excellent structure, equipped with everything you need and even more. We had the pleasant surprise of also having shampoos, balms and a lot of towels. Everything was very clean when we arrived and the owner was really kind and helpful as well as always in the area in case of need. The house is really close to everything, the sea, the historic center, supermarkets, etc. We recommend the bolt app for travel.

OK for a night, if you know what you're getting and are ok with it.

Clean. Welcoming host. Good communication with host. Plenty of towels. The room technically had what we needed-a kettle, fridge, microwave. Good location-quick walk to the main sites, and close to bakery and grocery store. Fine for a one night stay.

The 2 twin room we were assigned was a lowest level room and was very very damp. Our clothing and shoes felt damp all three days we were there and the towels never fully dried after use. There was no external access-the only window opened into an enclosed room, and as such, the room entirely lacked daylight, and the ability to get fresh air. I wish this would have been somehow divulged upon booking.

the location was very good, we walked, the host was very helpful from booking, very pleasant communication, the room was clean, everything you need is there

on a couple of nights it was very disturbing the partying and noise going on somewhere in another apartment, whether they were tourists or locals, I don't know

Perfect location & facilities with a nice & quiet room despite the fact that is close to everything (u can walk from the bus station). NIKOLA the manager is a gentle giant who takes total care of his guests & was extremely kind helping to retrieve a parcel very important to me. We totally recommend it!

Location is exceptional, 5 minutes away from the Old Town and the port and yet peaceful and quiet. The host was extraordinarily kind and willing to help with everything, I felt very welcome.

After our long train ride to Split during the night, the host made sure that the accommodation was prepared early so that we immediately could get some sleep. He welcomed us nicely and gave some tips for the route to all relevant locations: The beach, city centre, bakery and supermarket. The place was very clean with a good working airconditioning system. Absolutely enjoyed our stay here and a recommendation for everyone to stay here! Thank you so much Nikola!

Perfectly located clean studio.

Location is perfect. No balcony or a terrace but it didn't matter for me. The entire city is literally outside the doorstep. Very clean, spacious for a studio. The owner is super friendly and super nice.

If I had to be super picky, toaster would've been nice to have but not that important.

Lovely apartment in a perfect location. Close to all the sights, transport links (local and further afield) shops, markets and restaurants, but very quiet Very clean, roomy and comfortable with everything you would need for a few days stay Nikola’s communication and directions were excellent He met us at the property and was extremely helpful and pleasant and was on hand if anything was needed All in all a very good value quality apartment

Split Stay

Perfect location, very close to everything but in a more quiet residential area. Nikola was a great host, sent directions from the bus terminal and took the stress out of our arrival. He gave us great tips for our stay/itinerary and it was a really friendly welcome to Split. The room was exactly as described, had everything we needed. Would recommend to family and friends, I will stay again next time i visit Split.

A wonderful place to stay, near the old town, all the attractions you can reach in a few minutes. Bus station, ferries few minutes away. The place was clean, comfortable, the host was very nice, helpful.
