Location, pool
Top floor had a window unit that was blowing hot air, called property management and was told to turn off window unit and home HVAC would cool it. Well we tried that and was still hot.. 2 of our guests had to sleep in the living room first night. Called back next day and didn’t get approval from the owner for a new window unit, but the property management company ended up bringing a portable stand up unit. Paying over 3k for a week AC should not be an issue. Trash was overflowing on arrival (Saturday) and didn’t get picked up until Tuesday afternoon so had no where for our bags until then.
