About this house rental
4 Bedroom 3.5 Bath house in the Casa Del Mar neighborhood. Located on the west end of Panama City Beach 10 minutes to Pier Park and 5 minutes to 30A.
This property is beautifully decorated with no expense spared. The house has 4 levels but the elevator makes hauling in your luggage or groceries an ease. Just across the street from the beach, the 3rd and 4th floors offer great views of the water from their private balconies.
Property layout:
Ground Floor: 1 car garage, 1st bedroom with a queen size bed and attached private bathroom. Patio off the 1st bedroom.
2nd Floor: 2nd bedroom with queen size bed, attached private balcony facing the Gulf and attached private bathroom. 3rd bedroom with 2 full size beds, an attached balcony and private bathroom.
3rd Floor: Fully stocked kitchen, dining table, bar seating, Half Bathroom, Living room and another balcony overlooking the Gulf.
4th Floor: Loft bedroom with a full size bed and attached private balcony with a great view of the Gulf.
The neighborhood has a community pool just a few steps from the house. Parking: One Mid-size car fits in garage, + 2 parking spaces for mid-size SUV/cars. We can not accommodate Large SUVs in parking spaces.

Location was perfect for beach time. Minutes walk to beach access 93 & 94. It was more of a drive for food and shopping due to distance and temp. Property was really nice, well kept, clean, decorated very cute, with plenty of beach toys and outside shower available. Close to pool. Elevator was a definite plus when checking in and grocery shopping. Upper floors had a bit of an air conditioning challenge for our stay. Parking is very tricky if you have a pick up truck. Suited for cars or smaller SUV’s.

This house was amazing and very convenient location. The beach was a 4 minute walk from doorway to the end of the public entrance. They had so many things for guest to use: beach chairs, toys, wagons etc. Games and books for my grandchildren were a HUGE bonus. Grocery store super close. We just had such a wonderful time.

We had a great time in the house with our kids and our friends + their kids. The house accommodated all of us and it was great having the elevator since the kitchen was on the 3rd floor. It was a short walk to the beach - easy enough to come back for more snacks when we were on the beach all day. The pool was nice to use too and it was right by the house. Parking was extremely tight but we fit two minivans in the parking spots. The kitchen was very small - barely enough space for two people to be in there at a time and very limited space for food storage. Our main issues (and they are barely issues as it didn’t really impact our stay) was the front of the house was being fixed and there was scaffolding out front (not a big deal) but the construction workers were out there a few days and one morning I opened the balcony door and found a guy right there working on the house. They played music loud and smoked - right on the balcony. Then the rental company called multiple times to tell us some person needed to come in the house to fix or install something. But again it didn’t really affect our stay bc we didn’t have to be there but it was a slight inconvenience. The gate (for cars) was opened the first half of the week and then someone fixed it but we never got the code for the gate. So we had to call to get that while stuck on the outside. I don’t know if we’d stay again mainly bc the kitchen was so tiny and that was a constant issue.
