Watch the sunsets while grilling out. Just a few steps to the sandy beach. Each bedroom has two queen beds, bonus room has a twin/twin bunk Downstairs there is a queen size sleeper sofa. Seashore is located directly on the beach...wake up to the sound of the waves. Currently updated and tastefully decorated. Grill on the back deck.
Minutes from all 30A restaurants and the local Bayou Bill and very close to Winn Dixie, CVS and Publix.

great location, nice condo but no central AC. each room had a portable ac and for the bedrooms it was fine, but those of us on the main floor (sofa bed) it was not comfortable because of the heat.
