Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig und doch fussläufig zum sehr abwechslungsreichen Zentrum von Ambleside. Die Wohnung hat Platz und ist schön eingerichtet.
Die Unterkunft war sauber- lese ich die letzten Reviews, scheint inzwischen ein Deep clean durchgeführt worden sein. Ja, zwei Sofa sind etwas angeschlagen, aber es gibt ja 4 und man kann ausweichen. Es gibt einen Trockner. Es gibt 2 Kühlschränke. Es gab ein starter kit für den Kamin, den ich auch angezündet habe (Hebel in der Mitte unten herausziehen!!)
Kein großer Topf zum Kochen.

Great location, very close to Ambleside centre, just a few minutes walk. Free parking for 1 car right outside the house in the street with a permit provided by the property. Spacious property with an ensuite in every bedroom plus another larger bathroom and a downstairs loo.
Property was clean and tidy. Lots of communal areas, a lounge, dining room, another TV room and a large kitchen table and outside table.

Good choice for a stay in Ambleside. Great location to start (or drive to) many walks, can recommend it!
Ceiling of kitchen is low for tall people, and beds are squeaky, but was not a problem for us.
