Apartment was lovely with space for a family of 4 to separate when needed. Very clean and good facilities

The apartment was lovely, all rooms were furnished beautifully and the facilities excellent. The location was also superb.
With no parking at the apartment and with it being in a very busy area of Ambleside it was a bit awkward loading and unloading the car.

Nice, spacious unit with big beds and clean bathrooms.
Host is poor at communicating. They don’t actually address problems or concerns. We were unable to get into the building entrance because the keypad wasn’t working and they didn’t bother offering any solution. The entrance is hard to find and instructions and poor.
