Tucked away in the Conservation area in the centre of Ambleside, this renovated apartment set out over two floors offers a stylish and welcoming base for couples and families exploring the Lake District.

Enter into a vestibule with a couple of steps up to the ground floor level.

Large entrance hall with bench seating and plenty of room to leave outdoor gear.

The property is very spacious with a living room, a king size and a twin bedroom on the ground floor along with a family bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail.

On the first floor is an open-plan living room/dining room/kitchen along with a plush master king size bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail.

The kitchen area is well equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and Nespresso coffee machine.

There is a small patio area with shared access to the side of the property with garden seating and views over the village. An Ideal space to unwind with a drink after a day exploring the Lakes.

Gable End had it`s own private entrance and is accessed by a key safe, details are provided on the day of your arrival.

You can stop to unload at the front of the property which is accessed by a small lane off Fairview Road. Pick up the parking permit from the coffee table in the lounge on the ground floor and head to the car park just a couple of hundred yards away.

While our friendly team at Laik won`t be present physically for your check-in, we operate a seamless self check-in process to give you privacy and convenience.
