The lodges are great and in a beautiful secluded location with great facilities.
The staff are lovely and attentive, especially Shuttle Mike. And the resort facilities are exceptional.
We were well looked after.
We had some issues with a bedroom which meant multiple exchanges with the resort team, and we ordered a cake and balloons to be in our lodge on arrival and that took another series of exchanges for that to happen. Then it was the wrong cake.
One of the bedroom carpets had a stain that needs dealing with.
