I liked being so close to the River Wye. Good shower. Good kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave and toaster
About 15 minute walk to city centre. Bed was hard. Flush tricky to work. Shower drains poorly

Convenient location. Very clean and welcoming staff.
Could do with a few more pans and cooking utensils. Was very limited and the one pan that was there was rusty.

Great location, perfect for the passport office!! Also nice walk along the river just outside the accommodation. Staff were really friendly and helpful especially the guy on check in, he was great.
The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on, could feel the springs in the mattress. I went to use a glass in the shared kitchen and they were all filthy. I don't think you can rely on other people cleaning things. Also not enough washing up liquid, tea towel looked like it had never been washed etc etc. But at the end of the day it was cheap so what can I expect..
