Heloful staff, coffee in receotion,cleanliness of roon, goid WIFI, security
Room hot and stuffy as couldn't open window, wetroom floor gets so wet that going to the loo means getting wet feet.. could have done with bath mat

Great location, perfect for the passport office!! Also nice walk along the river just outside the accommodation. Staff were really friendly and helpful especially the guy on check in, he was great.
The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on, could feel the springs in the mattress. I went to use a glass in the shared kitchen and they were all filthy. I don't think you can rely on other people cleaning things. Also not enough washing up liquid, tea towel looked like it had never been washed etc etc. But at the end of the day it was cheap so what can I expect..
