Everything is greaaaattt!!!! So clean, tidy, perfect space, got everything you need for your stay. The host is super nice. The location is so perfect right next to the train station and city centre. 100% recommended!!

Good value for the money

The room looks nice and it is big enough. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is totally fine. The room is equipped with a small minibar style refrigerator. It is very close to the train station, like a minute walking in the same street and very close to the beach, 2 minutes walking. There are stores and restaurants nearby.

You can clearly hear the trains but it is not that loud so we didn't have issues with sleep. The sheets and towels replacement isn't included as well as cleaning, and there was no cleaning equipment in the room so that was a bit inconvenient as we were there for 8 nights.

Posizione fantastica. Camera pulita e confortevole. Personale gentile e presente a ogni mia domanda.

Poco parcheggio non a pagamento nei dintorni. Davanti posti parcheggio ma sempre pieni e passaggio pulizie strade serale di lunedì.

Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente

Appartamento nuovo e ben curato, ottima la domotica anche se ogni tanto ha i suoi limiti. Ottima posizione vicino mare e centro

Verificare la temperature dei termostati perché anche se controllati da remoto tende ad avere parecchi gradi soprattutto la notte. È bastato farlo spegnere da remoto ed aprire le finestre ogni tanto. La ferrovia è vicina ma comunque i serramenti insonorizzano bene

Una piacevole sorpresa

Posizione ottima a due passi dal lungomare, vicino alla stazione del treno, ai posteggi auto e al centro storico di Chiavari. Pulizia impeccabile e stanza semplice ed essenziale ma allo stesso tempo confortevole e silenziosa.

Lavandino troppo piccolo e poco pratico. Cuscini troppo alti e voluminosi.

Soggiorno a Chiavari

Mi è piaciuto tutto, bella camera, ben arredata, pulitissima e confortevole. Ottima posizione, vicina al centro e alla stazione. Anche se non c è la pulizia giornaliera, si può richiederla quando è necessario.. consigliatissimo.

Se proprio vogliamo essere fiscali, essendo attaccata ai binari si sentono i treni con le finestre aperte, se si chiudono il rumore si attutisce notevolmente e comunque essendo vicina alla stazione è inevitabile, ma di notte non passano. Ci sono dei gradini da fare sia all ingresso che x arrivare all ascensore, chi ha problemi in questo senso ne tenga conto, ma è specificato nella descrizione.

Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief unkompliziert. Die Lage ist top. Ca 10 Min zu Fuss ans Meer, 5 Min zum Bahnhof, 4 Min zum Caffe San Marco wo es die besten Pistacchio Gipfel gibt. 10 Min in die schöne Altstadt von Chiaveri.

Aproape de gara, modern si curat

Locatie este foarte aproape de gara, ceea ce inseamna ca se merge foarte putin. Este amenajat cu gust, cozy si modern, iar curatenia a fost ok.

Umerasele din dulap sunt asezate foarte sus. Desi locatia este foarte buna, fiind aproape de gara, nu se poate sta cu geamurile deschise din cauza zgomotului de la tren sau de la masini.

Posizione top stanza confortevole e con tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno per un breve weekend Staff carino hanno spento l’aria condizionata da remoto dopo averlo richiesto

I cuscini..terribili impossibile dormirci. Duri, altissimi..Sarebbe carino offrirne vari per evitare di fare due notti in bianco! Da capire come funziona l’aria in autonomia ma personale disponibile anche da remoto

Bella struttura in centro a Chiavari

Struttura moderna e molto pulita. Posizione comodissima, raggiungibile a 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Inoltre la struttura si trova molto vicina al centro storico e alla spiaggia, entrambi raggiungibili a piedi in meno di 10 minuti.
