Appartement avec de belles prestations, dans un cadre idéal !
Appartement très bien situé sur le bord de mer, avec accès à la plage direct. Proximité des commerces, du centre ville et de la gare. L'appartement dispose de l'essentiel pour y séjourner une semaine (vaisselle, linge de toilettes, machine à laver, SmartTV, ventilateurs). Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et conciliants. Merci à Stefano pour sa visite de l'appartement avec quelques commentaires en français !
La proximité d'un "beach club" dont la musique était assez forte jusqu'à 2h du matin au moins 3 soirs sur une semaine (cela pourrait gêner des familles avec enfants). Il n'y a pas de climatisation, il est donc difficile de laisser les fenêtres fermées pour faire diminuer le bruit. Je précise que nous n'avons pas été gênés par cela (même si l'installation d'une climatisation serait un vrai +), mais c'est plutôt une information pour les futurs clients. Enfin, si vous venez en voiture, attention le stationnement est payant sur le long de mer (1€ de l'heure de 10:00 à 22:00) donc ça chiffre très vite !), mais on a trouvé facilement des places. (Possibilité de parking couvert en face de l'appartement + cher).

Una finestra sul mare
Appartamento al terzo piano (senza scale ma fattibili) con una vista meravigliosa sul porto e sul mare. Appartamento con soggiorno con divano letto, cucina abitabile, bagno finestrato e camera da letto matrimoniale. Proprietaria gentilissima; tutti i servizi vicino (Carrefour, bar, gelateria) e a pochi passi dal mercato e dal centro.
Purtroppo i serramenti sono anziani e il rumore è abbastanza persistente anche la notte. Speriamo li cambino presto così da diventare il nostro punto di riferimento a chiavari!
