The apartment is on the first floor of a typical Genoese house in the beautiful town of Chiavari from which you can easily reach, by car or train, both Genoa and other famous tourist resorts of the Riviera di Levante such as Camogli, Portofino, 5 Terre, Portovenere and Lerici. It is a few meters from access to the beach, 500 meters from the train station, the harbor, and the highway toll. It 'just a few hundred meters from the historic center full of shops and restaurants and famous for its antique markets scattered along the 4 km of arcades. Nearby are parks modern games and equipped for the entertainment of children.
