About this apartment rental

The apartment is on the first floor of a typical Genoese house in the beautiful town of Chiavari from which you can easily reach, by car or train, both Genoa and other famous tourist resorts of the Riviera di Levante such as Camogli, Portofino, 5 Terre, Portovenere and Lerici. It is a few meters from access to the beach, 500 meters from the train station, the harbor, and the highway toll. It 'just a few hundred meters from the historic center full of shops and restaurants and famous for its antique markets scattered along the 4 km of arcades. Nearby are parks modern games and equipped for the entertainment of children. The apartment is located in an area offering all the services and renowned for the many local characteristic, such as restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pubs and ice cream parlors. Guests can take advantage of an agreement with bathing establishments and a discount with a nearby take-away food. And 'living room with sofa bed and a well-stocked library, equipped kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, all sorts of comforts, TV and Wifi.

We have rented numerous apartments through VRBO and this is the most well equipped, cleanest, and most comfortable apartment so far. If only all rental apartments were like this! Cristina met us at the apartment to get us settled and reassured us that she and her husband lived just next door and were available for anything we may need. The sea view from the living room was delightful and the beach a one minute walk away. Everything we needed in terms of kitchen supplies, soaps, paper goods, linens were provided. Thank you Alberto and Cristina. We loved Chiavari and when we return we would love to stay at your apartment again! Anthony and Sally

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this apartment, which was as advertised and very clean and comfortable. Alberto and Cristina were very responsive to all requests from the time of my initial inquiry of availability, including a change to my stay after my airline rebooked a flight. The location is right near the sea and also a short walk to the town center for the markets and shops. I would recommend. Thank you!

Beautiful little apartment

This apartment is ideal for a couple wanting a base to explore the Ligurian coast. It is comfortable and well equipped . It has secure parking which is a great bonus as parking in Italy is generally expensive. There are lots of great restaurants around the area, we would recommend the pizza place next door and the Miramare. The hosts live next door and are available should you need anything. The only down sides of this place is that it can be noisy from the road, the dustbin men and the pizza place , so don’t expect to get an early night. Overall though it’s a great place to stay and Chiavari is a beautiful town which is not too touristy .

Wonderful little find right on the promenade . If you want to escape the tourist hoards and actually meet some Italians enjoying the sea , great food and relaxation come here. Property was incredibly clean well equipped and host lovely.

We enjoyed the accommodations and location. Very convenient to the train station, bars, restaurants and small grocery store. Definitely will select this condo when we return to the area.

Hochwertige Altbauwohnung in einer tollen Lage, direkt am Strand. Die klimatisierte Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Umkreis von 1.000 Metern. Ca. 10 min. Fußweg zur Innenstadt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questa casa. Era la seconda volta per noi e sapevamo di andare sul sicuro. La casa è ben pulita e la cucina dotata di ogni stoviglia necessaria. La vicinanza al mare è un altro vantaggio anche se chi non accetta la sera un po' di "movida agostana" forse non sarebbe contento... a noi la vacanza è piaciuta molto.

Appartamento curato e raffinato in ogni dettaglio; presente ogni confort, dagli asciugamani profumati ai beni di prima necessità presenti tra cui la focaccia :-).... Appartamento in posizione perfetta, davanti al mare (possibilità di rilassanti passeggiate sul lungomare uscendo dalla porta di casa) e a pochi minuti a piedi dal bellissimo centro con negozi meravigliosi che nelle giornate avverse permettono comunque di farsi una piacevole camminata grazie ai lunghi portici. Bellissima sensazione il rumore delle onde che entra dalla finestra e che ti coccola, proprio come i proprietari. In pochi passi, si raggiungono pastificio, macelleria, ristoranti, bar, gastronomia, edicola e mini market sotto casa. Nonostante il meteo avverso, Cristina e Alberto si sono dimostrati molto disponibili nell’indicarci attrazioni, eventi e località vicine (cinque terre, sestri levante, Genova con il suo stupendo acquario,....) da poter visitare così da trascorrere piacevoli giornate. Sicuramente ci torneremo e lo consigliamo a tutti coloro che volessero soggiornare a Chiavari. A Cristina e Alberto vanno i nostri infiniti complimenti per la cordialità, disponibilità, ospitalità e gentilezza con cui ci hanno coccolato.

Uns haben die zwei Wochen in dieser Wohnung sehr gefallen. Eine gut eingerichtete Küche mit grossem Kühlschrank lädt ein, um die regionalen Spezialitäten vom täglichen Frischwarenmarkt und den vielen kleinen Läden in unmittelbarer Nähe zu verarbeiten und zu geniessen. Im bequemen Bett lässt sich gut schlafen. Moskitonetze lassen zu, dass die Fenster stets geöffnet sind. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und zeigten sich sympathisch zurückhaltend.

Abbiamo trascorso 15 giorni in localtà Chiavari. Buona possibilità di escursioni nei dintorni (Cinque Terre, Pisa, Genova, Portofino ecc.). Centro cittadino molto vivace, lunghe passeggiate sotto i portici, moltissimi negozi. Confortevole l'appartamento ben accessiorato e curato. Molto gentili i proprietari. L'appartamento situato a 5/10 minuti a piedi dal centro è in una posizione, nel periodo invernale, poco rafficata e poco rumorosa. Abbiamo apprezzato il divieto di portare in appartamento animali.
