Full campsite hookup? -Are there power/water/sanitation dump hookups there? Please be aware that we need to schedule a 30 minute tour/inspection before scheduled pick up/delivery. Inside trailer space of 21 feet, overall length of just over 25 feet. Dry weight of 5064 pounds with a cargo capacity of 2530, total weight of 7595. Comfortably accommodates and sleeps 4 people, can sleep up to 5. 2 double bunk beds and a queen size bed. Convertible dinette table for those extra campers you might bring along. Equipped with a roof mounted air conditioning system, solar panels, power jack, power awning with lights, TV, Bluetooth stereo system, bathroom with shower, three burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, USB and electrical outlets, and a mini fridge and griddle BBQ on the outside, and much much more. *** A/C, microwave, main electrical outlets and outdoor mini fridge only work with full hook up sites*** Pets are welcome upon approval and subject to a $30 fee. No smoking of any kind and no festivals/tailgate parties. Any evidence of smoking in the unit will be charged the full deposit. Please empty and clean all the tanks after use. Please ensure all dishes/cookware used are cleaned at the end of the trip. We provide a full propane tank so please return full. Please return the trailer as you received it. There is a standard automatic general cleaning fee of $70 already added to each booking, plus $60 for every hour of extra cleaning. If tanks are not emptied, there will be a sanitation dump fee of $100.00** If propane is not full, there will be a charge of $40.
