"The Roaming Retreat" 32 ft 2022 Travel Trailer

*For the fall, we are only able to accommodate bookings at Golden Ears or Fort Camping. Drop-off must take place between 1:00 and 1:30 PM.* PLEASE READ: 1. Our trailer will comfortably sleep 6 adults, but it is better suited for a family. The bunks have a weight restriction of 200 lbs each, and the table, when turned into a bed, can only accommodate up to 150 lbs.*** 2. Please note that for bookings at Sunnyside and Cultus Lake we require a minimum three (3) night rental. 3. Bookings on private residential property or campgrounds not open to the general public are not permitted. 4. We do not allow renters to tow. You book the site and we deliver and set up the trailer. Please ensure the site being booked can accommodate our trailer size. You MUST be on site for delivery and pick-up, no exceptions. 5. We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking or bringing any animals inside our trailer as we have allergies and asthma in our family. If it is discovered that these rules have not been followed, the entire damage deposit may be forfeited. 6. We do not deliver to the US (Birch Bay, etc). CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: - Delivery includes trailer set up and take down - We will give renters an expected arrival time - Renters are to be present for the delivery and walk-through of the trailer - Check-out is no later than 10 am to give us time to do a final walk-through, take down the trailer, and attach the hitch to our truck ABOUT OUR TRAILER: Welcome to The Roaming Retreat! The queen bed provides a firm yet restful sleep, and the u-shaped dinette converts into yet another cozy sleeping spot. But it's not just the inside that's a delight – step outside to discover an outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas range and a fridge. Freshen up with an outdoor shower after a day of exploration. Our trailer is designed for all your needs, featuring two entryways for convenience. Equipped for any journey, The Roaming Retreat comes with two propane tanks, a 60-gallon freshwater tank, a 78-gallon gray water tank, and a 38-gallon waste water tank. With full hook-up, enjoy the ambiance of the electric fireplace. Stay charged with ample electrical outlets, including USB ports.
