There were several things that were not in working order, the ICE machine was all frozen and not giving ice. The barbecue and oven were filthy.

The house worked well for my family including my kids and parents while we were in town for my sister’s wedding. There was plenty of space for all of us and lots of comfortable seating. The kitchen was spacious and accommodated all of us. There were many restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance.

This place has it all! It's spotless, in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking, 4 bathrooms, and every small kitchen appliance your heart could hope for. We rented this place for bridesmaids to stay and prepare for a wedding, and it was perfect. They all had their own room and there were enough beds and bathrooms for all to have a private space. The house is beautifully appointed, which was great for photos. The highway is easily accessible and every kind of shopping is just a short drive away. Suzanna was very responsive and everything was exactly as described. I highly recommend Suzanna as a host and this home as your next vacation accommodation!

Lovely, clean well maintained home in a quiet residential area. The place was comfortable and suited all our family’s needs. TV, Wifi, games, books and a cozy gas fireplace in the family room. Kitchen was lovely, the owner provided coffee & bottled water which was an added bonus. We would Highly recommend to friends, thank you Suzanna:)

Just as advertised. Lots of room for our family and home is well appointed with everything we needed.

Four of us stayed in this beautiful house in Port Coquitlam. It was spacious, trendy, but also home-y! We really appreciated the space, and very much enjoyed our time.

Place was clean and was as described in the VRBO add so we were happy with it overall.

False or misleading information posted on VRBO about the Property • 4th bedroom does not have a queen bed; it’s only a double, and not a full-size double. It’s also not a standard bed but rather a sofa bed. • There are only 3.5 baths, not 4 • There is no swimming pool • There is no office • There is no fitness room or equipment • There is no balcony • There is air conditioning but only in two rooms, and the unit on the main floor is very noisy when in use. • There is a garage, but the VRBO client does not have access to it. Issues with our stay: • All but the master ensuite had no shampoo or soap in the showers (the online listing said this would be provided), very little liquid soap in the dispensers at the sink, and only one roll of toilet paper. • The shower in the master ensuite, and the sink in the other ensuite bathroom, are both draining very slowly. • The toilet paper holder in the Jack and Jill bathroom is not attached properly and fell off several times. • The towel bar in the Jack and Jill bathroom is coming loose on the right-hand side and will likely fall off soon. • Closet door in the bedroom with the moons on the wall won’t open fully, making it awkward to place things in and take things out. • There is no smoke detector on the second floor. • Queen sized sheets were used on the double-sized sofa bed, which meant the bottom sheet didn’t stay in place and bunched up in the middle during the night, making for a very uncomfortable sleep. • Be advised that the tea kettle leaks from the bottom of the handle due to a crack. We made a pot of tea and left it to steep, and when we came back to it almost all of the water had leaked out and formed large puddles on the counter and floor.

This large 4 bed - 4 bath home was perfect for our family gathering. Everyone had their own space upstairs and enjoyed the expansive downstairs common areas. 2 living rooms , 2 dining rooms and outdoor areas were ideal for our family to spread out and feel relaxed. Kitchen is massive and contained everything we needed for our large group. Owner was responsive and easy to deal with . I highly recommend this VRBO for your family gathering .

A well-appointed property that was very clean and centrally located to parks, shopping restaurants/pubs. It was perfect for our multi-generational family. Would highly recommend.

Excellent communication with Suzanna. Disappointed that the jet tub in the master bedroom didn’t work but the hot tub on the back deck worked just great!

The house was beautiful, updated and exceptionally clean. Family of 3 and Family of 2 shared the house, fully stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

This was a really nice place. It worked perfectly for us. Suzanne was always quick to respond when we had a question.

Beautiful vacation house

We booked this property as we were coming into town for a family wedding. There were four adults in my party and the house was perfect for us. Lots of room for each person to have a quiet space. Nicely appointed for a family of four to be able to use it as a home away from home. The house was newly renovated and is in excellent shape. Pictures and description are accurate. Owner is very friendly and responsive. I will be looking to book this property for any future family events that happen in the Port Coquitlam area.
