The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. The lounge had erratic hours of operation and was closed on the Saturday evening.

we stay three night at the hotel when we got back on the first day the only thing done in the room was the beds they didn't clean the rest of the room no clean towels or anything else. The next day when we got back nothing had been done to the room they offered me clean towels that's it.it took me over a half an hour to get a clean room and the day we left I was offered $40.00 as compensation. I do not recomend staying at this Hotel

The fitness center should be accessible by room key instead of having the front desk staff opening the door upon request. A sign positing when it is available for use would be helpful as well. I was pleased with the amenities available, extra bonus points for having good coffee in room. Microwave and a mini fridge is a plus as well. I would definitely come back and stsy here

I was greeted by friendly staff upon arrival. The room was clean but it has a smell of cleaning agents. The ice bucket in the room had a sheen of oil and smelled of pasta sauce, but I was able to clean it with soap.

Really had no complaints on our stay. Room furnishings were a bit old and dated but bedding was fresh and clean. Towels were lovely and soft and changed daily. We really appreciated the complimentary daily bottles of water as it was very hot when we were there.

We had issues with to first room we were set up in, and the hotel was mostly booked up. After talking to the manager they understood our concern and upgraded us to a room we were more than satisfied with. Excellent customer service!

I tried to book this hotel through its own phone number and was quoted 500 then checked Trivago and the price won’t down to 340. When we arrived we were “upgraded “ to a kitchenette we didn’t or need. The room is old and smells old. The photos of the rooms on their site are nothing like this upgrade and the back of the hole with a view of the side of the other building and the stairway. Bait and switch on the website photos. Lobby looks great! Lounge looks fantastic! Empty but cool looking. We feel like we’ve been had.

Good location. Nice restaurant. Downside was a hard bed, poor shower & sink faucets. Had room facing the street & across from rail yard so lots of traffic noise. Can’t justify the high cost for the room.

We were in Vancouver for a wedding. The location was perfect. Close to the wedding site. A lot of good restaurants close by. Shopping mall close, very convenient.

Older but well maintained hotel. Nice restaurant on site that we enjoyed dinner and breakfast at. Live music in small lobby bar was fun on a Friday night. Friendly front desk staff at check in/out and each time we were passing through the lobby.
