About this apartment rental
This apartment for 6 people features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms distributed over three levels.
The first level houses the sleeping areas with three double bedrooms. One is a suite with a private bathroom, a relaxing bathtub, a large walk-in closet, and a private terrace. The other two bedrooms have two beds each and share a bathroom also equipped with a bathtub.
The second level is dedicated to common areas, including a spacious living-dining room with balcony access and a fully equipped kitchen. On the third level, you will find a large terrace where you can relax and enjoy pleasant evenings with family or friends.
The apartment has a maximum capacity of 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, kettle, oven, fridge/freezer, and ceramic hob. For your comfort, it includes an iron, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, heating, washer/dryer, and free Wi-Fi. This triplex is approximately 85 m² with an additional 40 m² solarium, located in a building with an elevator (penthouse), and offers private parking for €30 per day.

-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.
-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.
-: Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-: Arrival after hours:
-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.
-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

We loved the space! Having three proper bedrooms and a master suite with its own terrace felt very luxurious. The elevator was a plus for our luggage, and the private parking made city life much easier.

Described as a beautiful apt and pictures looked great. Upon getting there, was run down compared to the pics and descriptions - furniture old and dirty, 1 of plastic chairs cracked badly.
Said had washer n dryer, but no dryer. Fridge was quite old and wouldn't stay shut. Although lots of kitchenware, no napkins or paper towels. Also no extra toilet paper...
But nice to have stove n oven n washer. Beds were pretty comfortable, decent towels n sheets. Location was good easy walks to markets, restaurants. Had terraces but too noisy to use.
Nice to have 2 bathrooms, but 1 bathroom was so crowded with toilet, bidet, tub and sink so close together - barely room to use the bidet or toilet and hard to even stand to use the sink. Large people couldn't use that bathroom!
Worse thing was parking garage. Had small-medium sized car but almost impossible to get in or out and to maneuver into tiny tiny spaces! DONT USE THE PARKING GARAGE!!!
