This modern duplex is located in the Putxet neighborhood in the northern part of the city and is ideal for those looking for a relaxing stay in Barcelona. Here, you can discover the most authentic part of Barcelona where many exquisite and authentic restaurants are located, as well as bars already established for many years.
The apartment is also located very close to several bus stops (Homer - Escipió / Pl. Lesseps - Riera de Vallcarca) and the metro (Lesseps / Pàdua / Fontana). Only 15 minutes away, you will find the heart of the city. As far as supermarkets are concerned, there is a great variety just a few meters from the apartment.
This bright 2-floor apartment was designed to combine modernity and quality. At the entrance, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils so you can prepare your own meals during your stay if you wish.
Next to the kitchen, the spacious living room will allow you to relax after a long day of walking in the city. In the rest of the apartment, you will find 3 rooms: 1 with a double bed, and another with 2 single beds; as well as 2 bathrooms created so you can be as comfortable as possible both with an integrated bathtub and shower.
From washing machine, dishwasher, clothes iron, microwave to the coffee maker, not forgetting an excellent internet connection for our free Wifi, a flat-screen TV, as well as all the equipment you will need to feel at home. Additionally, for those who prefer to come by car and avoid the stress of finding a car park in the city, we can offer you private parking located in the same building as your apartment.
As we want your stay to be as simple and relaxed as possible, we have developed a wide variety of extra services such as pick-ups from and to the apartment, tickets to the most famous attractions of the city, as well as the purchase for your breakfast and snacks so that Do not worry about making the purchase upon arrival.

-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.
-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.
-: Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-: Arrival after hours:
-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.
-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

This place had most of what we needed but was nothing special. The location was so so. There weren’t a lot of restaurants or cafes near and it could have cleaner. But it had a very nice courtyard with a table and chairs, and had three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was nice for our family.

The townhouse is well located. However we were frustrated that the house was poorly stocked. We had to buy laundry detergent, paper towels, soap. If you plan to do cooking here, you’ll have to buy basics like oil, salt, pepper.
The photos looked nicer than the actual place. It was fine but I personally wouldn’t stay here again.

The good part: Decent location, newer construction, clean, and plenty of room. 3 B/R with 2 baths!
The not so good part: Can’t check in bef 3pm (if you land early good luck), the check office does not offer a courtesy ride to the loc. Also since this is in a residential neighborhood you will have to walk quiet a bit to get to resteraunts or get a taxi. There were no provisions or tea/coffee bags in the apt (nada/nothing)
The absolute not so good part: No privacy blinds (the folks across the street and the people walking by your front door can see into your living room and kitchen. This is an absolute safer and privacy issue). The walls are thin and you can hear every footstep outside esp at night, and had noisy partying till 3:00am neighbors!
