This 3BR with Terrace and pool available for 8 guests apartment has a surface of approximately 85 m² and a terrace with a surface of about 30 m². It is situated on the ground floor of a building with an elevator. There is also a private parking (20 euros per day), a garden and a shared swimming-pool. The closest Metro station is Lesseps ( L-3).
3BR with Terrace and pool available for 8 guests apartment is an elegant and comfortable apartment divided into two levels which make the entire flat look dynamic and elegant. One large living/dining room with the entrance onto the balcony and a fully equipped kitchen are situated on the first level. The second level is a calmer part. It has three comfortable double bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a private bathroom, closet and a balcony. The other two bedrooms have two beds each one and there is another bathroom with a bath.

-: The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).
-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.
-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-: Arrival after hours:
-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.
-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

Beware that this company will ask you to pay the remaining balance in cash or they will charge 5% extra. The check in process is not easy. You must go to the office and pick up the keys and then take another taxi or hike uphill 1 mile with your luggage to the apartment.
The apartment was nice and fairly large. However it is not well stocked. The pots and pans are in need of replacement. They do not provide any hand towels or wash cloths. The beds were uncomfortably hard.
On the 2nd or 3 rd night the lock on the door got stuck and we got locked in. I tried for hours to get in contact with them using the 24 hour helpline. I finally got through and at 2:30 AM they sent someone over to check it out. We had an excursion very early the next morning and so I got no sleep. Communication with this company is horrible! Beware of renting from them!
