This modern penthouse apartment located in the Putxet neighborhood in the northeast part of the city is ideal for those looking for a relaxed stay in Barcelona. Here, you can discover the most authentic part of Barcelona where many exquisite and authentic restaurants are located, as well as bars already established for many years.
The apartment is also located very close to several bus stops (Homer - Escipió / Pl. Lesseps - Riera de Vallcarca) and the metro (Lesseps / Pàdua / Fontana). Only 15 minutes away, you will find the heart of the city. As far as supermarkets are concerned, there is a great variety just a few meters from the apartment.
This bright 3-floor apartment was designed to combine modernity and quality. At the entrance, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils so you can prepare your own meals during your stay if you wish.
Next to the kitchen the spacious living room and the terrace located on the third floor of the apartment will allow you to relax after a long day of walking in the city. In the rest of the apartment, you will find 3 rooms: 1 with a double bed, and another with 2 single beds; as well as 2 bathrooms created so you can be as comfortable as possible both with an integrated bathtub and shower.
From washing machine, dishwasher, clothes iron, microwave to coffee maker, not forgetting an excellent internet connection for our free Wifi, a flat-screen TV, as well as all the equipment you will need to feel at home. Additionally, for those who prefer to come by car and avoid the stress of finding a car park in the city, we can offer you private parking located in the same building as your apartment.

-: The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).
-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.
-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.
-: Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-: Arrival after hours:
-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.
-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

This is a good to very good property, marred only by a kitchen which needs some TLC/repairs/upgrades.
It is within easy walking distance of a Metro Station, which then gives easy access to the entire rest of the city. There is a supermarket only a block and a half away which we found very convenient. We were able to walk to Park Guell, which turns out to be quite the gem of a spot to visit.
The neighborhood is quiet. The upper level with loft is a nice feature -- but the photos on the website show cushions on the chaise lounges yet none were present. Still, one didn't really need them, as during the summer months it was really too hot to sit out there in the daytime, but one night I did at 3AM, and it was beautifully calm and quiet.
I would stay here again for those reasons, but again, the kitchen needs some work.

The staff is very attentive, they provide a map of Barcelona and explain how to get around and everything that is nearby.
The apartment is very clean and with all the services. Daily cleaning even if you stay only a few days. The bed is comfortable and the apartment is beautiful.
