У вас будет 3 крутых терассы, с очень классными видом, закрытая территория. И более менее нормальный санузел. На этом плюсы заканчиваются. Хозяевам стоит вложить немного денег в ремонт, и инфраструктуру, и цена таких апартаментов будет стоить х3.
Сами апартаменты не очень комфортные, не считая душа и туалета, с ними все в порядке. Постельное белье было с каким то запахом старости «бабушки», второй комнатой не пользовались, там был какой-то старый диван. Было ощущение что мы остановились в селе у старой бабушки.
