Only real complaint was there strict no unregistered guests in the hotel room policy. We shouldn't be relegated to hanging out with friends only in the common area of the hotel. We booked a room with a jacuzzi and had 0 complaints. Staff promptly fixed the few issues that we encountered, the views were to die for and the AC worked great. If you have friends on vacation with you, and they aren't staying at this hotel, would recommend looking elsewhere though, this policy is infantalizing for travelers from the United States.

What else can I say… if you come to Positano, this is THE place that worth a night or more! Breathless view fulfills all my imaginations about Summer In Italy. The lemon tree plus the breeze and blue sea and sky at this hotel is absolutely no beat.
Great breakfast, awesome bar, lovely and clean room. What’s more, this hotel gets a crew of very friendly staff!
