I liked that we were able to be dropped off at the front door, staff was excellent and helpful, and breakfast was over the top! Rooms were comfortable and the view from our balcony was gorgeous!

Breakfast was superb and substantial, with options to eat in the meal area near reception, the terrace or on your balcony.
The staff very pleasant and accommodating.
More hanging points for towels.
The room we were in was more suited for two people, but we were travelling with a teenager. Slightly larger room would have made it more comfortable, but we managed.

Out of all the hotels in Positano, I feel that this is one of the best. It is charming, quaint, and the staff are excellent. The view looking into the canyon is incredible, even though the water is not visible. Our room was on the smaller side but we were barely in there so no matter. The breakfast was served each morning from 8:00-10:30 and was well worth it. Again, the staff was very friendly and courteous with recommendations.

Affordable in a nice town.
Parking was 400 meters away and cost €40 a day. Windows were not covered with curtains that blocked daylight. Shower didn’t have marked soap or shampoo. No staff on duty after 8:00 pm.
