I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at this hotel and I can say it exceeded every expectation.
The welcome was warm, professional, and friendly. The check-in process was great: the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and valued. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with anything truly set the tone for a wonderful stay.
The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable.

Location, quality of architecture, cleanliness, very cordial and friendly and respectful staff.
Nothing. Although expensive it was well worth it and no more expensive than comparable hotels.

It was very well located, views from the balcony were really nice. Breakfast is really good.
It was really expensive for what they offer (usd 1,000 per night). They couldn’t even do early check in when we arrived just 15 minutes earlier.
The staff of the restaurant in the hotel was really lazy. As we arrived 15 minutes earlier and they didn’t let us do early check in, we had some drinks there. The waiters didn’t even look at us, we nearly had to shout to them for attention, they were just talking.
The room and the bathroom were ok, but it wasn’t a usd 1000 per night hotel. We’ve been travelling in Italy for a month and this was the most expensive hotel and one of the worse in terms of what they offer.
The hotel has no amenities and no common areas. Reception is tiny, there is only one elevator and it takes time until it arrives.
