Staff were super friendly and helpful

Breakfast, room and views were amazing

Located away from the busy Positano Town centre. Our room was spotlessly clean, beautiful design and comfortable bed. Staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful, the included breakfast service with a coastal view was great as well

Our room had a strong cigarette smell upon entry each time. Whether that was from a vent, outside or just stuck in the room. It quickly goes away but was noticeable going in and out all day

Staff very friendly and the room was absolutely spotless.

It was not very clear from the listing that while there is not a terrace for the Mare room, the window is high up and so you do not have any view at all or even somewhere to sit in the room. The bathroom is also not separate from the room, as the wall only goes up about 75% of the way to the ceiling which was also not obvious in the listing. Also the breakfast, while lovely, was not at all adequate for the price being charged for this room. V basic with pastures and fruit, but you have to decide the night before the time you want it for even though it's not cooked fresh and have to pay extra for items like eggs and pancakes.
