I guess that for Positano, our location was perfect- not too many steps. Starting with our porter Renato, everything went smoothly. He directed us to steps down towards the beach, which led us directly to the reception area of the hotel. People at the hotel where super friendly, helpful, accommodating. Such a pleasure to be greeted with such enthusiasm. Emmanuel was lovely and friendly. The restaurant was exceptional. The food/ dinner as well as the view were outstanding. The breakfast was delicious.

View from room
Room too small. 150 sq feet instead of 200 as indicated in booking.com including shower. Finally they gave me a bigger room last day.
