Absolutely amazing place to stay while in Positano we came for my wife’s birthday and were made to feel like it was our home Tiziana and Antonio are fantastic hosts and go over and above to make sure your stay is absolutely perfect can’t thank them enough, the villa is situated towards the top of the hill but still walking distance to the centre ( road or stairs) the villa is very peaceful and the view is absolutely stunning, breakfast served on your balcony each morning while you sit and take in the view, we had lunch each day at the villa and it was amazing we also ate out at night at restaurants up the very top of Positano where the food is very authentic, Tiziana organised this for us with a shuttle to/from the restaurants free of charge .. anything you need Tiziana is there to help! We had an amazing time and will definitely return thanks again for everything

The views were great! Pretty sure we had one of the nicer rooms (Diana suite) with the best balcony
-room was nice but definitely outdated
-breakfast was not that great despite the reviews. Our omelettes were dry and burnt every single day. Worst eggs ever actually. We only ate the fruit and the bread/nutella
-location SUCKED! It’s a 15-20m walk down to the beach and an even longer walk up because of ALL THE STAIRS. Getting to any kind of restaurant is terrible and takes 15-45m and by the time you get there you’re drenched in sweat. Unless you are planning to stay at the villa the entire trip and enjoy the view I would recommend staying at a hotel closer to the beach/restaurants
-staff was kinda rude. Owner had attitude/was just rude and the cleaning staff started flipping our room before we even checked out on the last day and threw away some personal belongings that were left out. Mind you, we still had an hour and a half until we checked out.
-Pool is nice but very small and super slippery
