Location was beautiful. Lots of trees, mountains, lake view of private property. A bit of a drive 20 min to groceries but I would recommend to get them on the way in. Secluded and private but not far away from other homes. Spotted lots of deer. We even used the s’mores heater provided. Lots of room for the 4 of us. Enjoyed the hot tub. Very clean and organized. Host very responsive and accommodating.
Being from Dallas we are definitely not used to possible bear encounters and we were warned that a bear was seen on our property. Luckily we didn’t see any during our 3 night stay. But that was part of the thrill of being in Colorado.
