About this cabin rental
Come enjoy the Rocky Mountains on 40 beautiful acres nestled among Ponderosa Pines, Blue Spruce and Aspen trees. Hike the ridge up to 8300 ft or relax on the large covered front porch with wildlife all around.
With the cozy living room with a wood burning stove, large kitchen for cooking after a great day outdoors and large covered porch with a grill, you won't ever want to leave!!
All wheel drive SUV minimum is required to make it up the drive lane during the winter months. We do have another cabin on this property that may be rented out as well. If interested in renting both cabins, please look at our listing for "2 Cabins on 40 Acres"

The cabin was clean, cozy and very relaxing. We enjoyed the view from the back porch. We saw wild turkeys several evenings.

Perfect place to unwind. We came without any plans, woke everyday, sat outside with a cup of coffee and watching the wildlife and would hike up the mountain before heading to the Florissant Fossil Beds or to Victor, Cripple Creek and Manitou Springs. Clean, comfy, cozy, lots of spices for cooking. We had a great time at this cabin.

Last minute spring break getaway with the family. House was perfect for our family of 5. Enjoyed the peace and quiet and lots of wildlife.
