The house was awesome and had a great view. Beds were comfortable and it was very peaceful and quiet(other than my kids). If you get a chance go sit in the yard and watch the stars. Also the old school museum and the Florissant Fossil Beds are right up the road and a must do for some cool history and local art. Overall this cabin was an awesome place for my kids (3 girls ages 7-12) and my wife and I. I couldn’t rate the tv because we never turned it on.

We thought this was a great location, a well stocked house, and fit our needs perfectly! Very close and drivable to several other places we wanted to see the family loved it!

Saw a black bear right as we arrived between our cabin and the next. Cabin worked great for our family and great views!

A great cabin in a great location. Very comfortable and had all the amenities.
The property management of this property needs to pay attention to better cleanliness of the cabin and functionality of amenities.
We had to wash the bedsheets when we arrived. They were not washed since the previous guest. Bathrooms, shower, and hot tub had grim. Undone laundry in washer and dryer.
The hot tub was not working properly.
Even though it was inconvenient to deal with the uncleanliness of the cabin, we still had a great time.
