Nestled on a scenic hillside in Florissant, this spacious mountain retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, entertainment, and breathtaking scenery. Whether you're planning to spend your days hiking nearby trails, exploring mountain towns, or simply relaxing with family and friends, this home is an inviting place to gather after every adventure.
The Home
The main level welcomes you with an open-concept living space filled with natural light and sweeping views of Pikes Peak through large picture windows. Cozy up around the beautiful stone gas fireplace, settle into the oversized sectional, or stream your favorite shows on the 55-inch Smart TV.

Three additional bedrooms—including a second king bedroom with smart tv, a room with two queen beds, and a bedroom with two twin beds—provide comfortable accommodations for families and larger groups. A full bathroom with a dual vanity serves the lower level.
The converted two-car garage has been transformed into a dedicated game room where guests can enjoy ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, and basketball hoops, offering entertainment for all ages no matter the weather.

This house has great spaces-plenty of room for friends and family to relax. The bedrooms are great, and the view of Pikes Peak from the deck is spectacular.With all that said, I would recommend that the owners replace the Teflon pans in the kitchen. Teflon has long been known to shed forever chemicals, such as PFAS, into the food cooked in these utensils. Most modern cooks have thrown out these pans and prefer to prepare food in stainless steel, glass, or cast iron.
