About this cabin rental
Welcome to this 3-bedroom, 2-bath mountain getaway designed for fun! You’ll LOVE the unique, masculine bar/billiards room in its own separate building just steps from the main house! Enjoy a 4-person hot tub, plus outdoor grilling, dining and games. Dogs are welcome and can romp safely in their own fully-fenced area. Five separate outdoor seating areas, including one with a fire pit, and a whimsical group picnic area with tables and benches artistically fashioned from raw timber!
The space
We have the BEST internet there is! If you are coming here to work or just stream movies all night, we got you covered with STARLINK INTERNET!
If you are coming here to unplug, we also have you covered! Forget your troubles and reconnect with nature in lushly forested, mountainous Florissant. In a clearing in the woods, you’ll find your very own private vacation complex.
Inside the “saloon,” you’ll find a unique hand-crafted bar with three bar stools made from tree trunks and horse saddles. You’ll also have an extra refrigerator/freezer here to keep your drinks refreshingly cool. Please note that the wood burning stove is for decoration only.
In the dining corner, a charming table is bathed in the light of a big picture window, surrounded by a mixture of bench seating and chairs. The nearby breakfast bar also provides additional seating for three.
Throughout the kitchen and in the adjoining walk-in pantry, you’ll find lots of convenient extras, like a hand-held mixer, blender, tea kettle, toaster, coffee maker, a fully-stocked spice rack and a complete set of chef’s knives.
Outside the fenced area, you’ll find plenty of wide-open space for additional play, with a volleyball net, corn hole, horse shoe pit, and a seating area set away from the house with an in-table propane fire pit. So many different places to be alone, be together, and just do what you like!
Your dogs will appreciate a pair of raised food and water bowls just outside the door of the laundry room and there are 2 large dog kennels available for them in the closet if needed. The laundry room itself is well-appointed with a full-size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, hand-held clothes steamer, and a utility sink. Hotel-grade linens are professionally laundered after every visit. This home is managed by me, the owner so here’s a sense of PERSONAL quality and care that’s worthy of your 5-star review.

I needed a place to stay for a month while house hunting. I loved staying at Nicole’s place. My kids and I felt right at home. We had everything we needed. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Short 3 day birthday stay, but exactly what we needed. Plenty to do around the house and the perfect amount of seclusion. The pups absolutely loved it as well!

This cabin was absolutely perfect! It was a great fit for my little family of 6 (myself, husband and 4 kids ranging from 1 to 17) plus my parents and our two dogs. There was plenty of space in the fenced in back yard for our little dogs to run around.Nicole was amazing, she answered any questions i had and was super polite. She responded to my messages pretty quickly as well. Florissant was about 30 mins to an hour away from all the things we wanted to do. The scenery on those little drives was breathtaking to say the least. I have to say I'll definitely book again in the future! We've found our perfect little getaway!Thank you Nicole, for a wonderful stay.
