This is our second year coming to a Memorial Weekend volleyball tournament at the convention center. Last year the place we stayed was a dump. This place, however, was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities of home. We were only a 5 minute walk to to convention center. The only issue was that anytime our neighbors used their water we could hear it through the wall. We were gone most of the day so it was not a big deal, but if you are a light sleeper…… It was also a plus that they allow dogs. I did not end up needing to bring mine, but if I had I could have walked back easily between matches to tend to them.

This was our first time using VRBO. The kids oohed and ahhhed as they discovered all the fun decor and unique items used to decorate the apartment. The green and gold accents made it feel very upscale and yet it was if every need had been anticipated. The apartment was spotless and super clean. The proximity to the convention center was ideal and made it so the kids could take breaks easily whenever they wanted. I appreciated having two bathrooms since there were 5 of us and it was very easy to cook meals since the kitchen was so well stocked with all the items I would need to make just about anything. The parking was worth every penny.And the owner was wonderful about communicating with us before and through out the trip. The kids have already asked to stay here next year.

I want to start off by saying do not pass on this location. The Codo is great and spacious. Very quiet, clean and everything you need is provided for. Just go food shopping and all supplies are there. I just never figured out how to work the coffee maker. lol. In walking distance to several different restaurants and the convention center.
