About this house rental
Enjoy the best of Dewey in this quiet, family-friendly community in the center of it all. Once you park your car, you will not have to move it. Backing up to the wonderfully maintained Lions Club park, families with small children are steps away from easy, outdoor fun before / after the beach. This bayside townhome is only a block to the beach. It has a newly remodeled kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, bamboo flooring and a large farmhouse dining table. The lovely screened-in porch will give you plently of shade for quiet mornings with your coffee and the upper, back deck is the best place to have your evening cocktails while you watch the sunset over the bay (and even enjoy some live music without having to leave your home). The outdoor shower makes it easy to remove any sand before entering the house and is an easy way to shower kids quickly! There are 2 parking spots and additional street parking is available for purchase.
Bring your own fitted sheets to size (2 queen beds, 2 single beds). Towels, toiletries, or paper products are not provided. We supply pillows but require pillow cases.

This home is beautifully decorated, well stocked with the essentials, and very clean! Main floor is newly renovated with a large kitchen island, and spacious dining and living areas. We spent almost all of our time on the screened in porch, which was the best part! Easy walk to the beach and a park almost directly behind the house which is great for kids. Janelle was responsive and very accommodating during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice property in Dewey Beach, close to everything - restaurants, the beach, the bay, bars, music. The property owner was great. Outstanding communication. Would rent there again.

We loved our week at this property in Dewey Beach. The location is just a couple quick blocks to the beach, as well as multiple shops and restaurants. Very easy to get around town! When back at the townhouse, we loved the screened porch, large kitchen island, and comfortable living room. The owners are warm, friendly, and welcoming. We hope to return next summer!
