This house has all of the basics and everything works, but it's your basic builders level place in terms of kitchen appliances and bathroom amenities. Having said that, it's in a great location near Brownwood Square and you can easily get to Sumter to the north or Fenney to the south from it. It's a nice base from which to enjoy all of the activities the Villages has to offer. The pictures of the house our accurate.

Enjoyed the experience, which may have affected largely by the great warm weather we experienced. We were told this was very unseasonal. A few minor issues were handled promptly by the staff.
