The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of fun in the sun, the Manatee Recreation Center is a short golf ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, and much more.
You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with comfort in mind and boasts a bright open floor plan. This home comes complete and includes BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
Rates are based on double occupancy, additional guest rates will apply.

Clean, beautifully decorated home with a very well equipped kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of bath & beach towels supplied. Just a 5 minute drive to the square and shopping. More outdoor furniture would be nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Dishwasher is not cleaning properly and is noisy. Sometimes it will not start.
The guest bedroom closet door is not secure.
The lock/closure on the master bed sliding door needs repair.
The two racks in the laundry opposite the washer and dryer both fell off.
The kitchen is poorly stocked, I purchased an additional 2 pots, a 4 slice Toaster, and a frying pan. (Which I'm taking home with me).
Water Filter on fridge needs changing
Under counter lighting is falling off.
Ceiling lights in garage need bulbs. Utility lights only have 1 bulb working in each.
A note should be added about how the shower works in the guest bath.
We cleaned the inside of the freezer in the garage, it was disgusting.

We visited many great restaurants and some gatherings at the Square with music, Strawberry Festival and an Antique Car Show. People were very friendly and helpful. We have rented from Down Home Property in the past and was also pleased.
