Property was great. Needs to invest in new sheets. They are worn and have rough spots. Need more hand towels. Cookware is scratched up and well used.

We loved the location and layout of this property. Close to the Brownwood Paddock Square and grocery stores and restaurants. The open layout of the home was perfect for us. We enjoyed the community pool and recreation center. This home was cat friendly which is a rarity and we would highly recommend it!!

When we arrived we were met with five burned out light bulbs, including one in the refrigerator that was never fixed, a leaking kitchen faucet, a toilet that kept running and a handle on the entrance door that kept falling out and couldn’t be locked. To their credit, when made aware of these problems they were fixed fairly rapidly. But it does make one wonder how often the houses are actually checked. We had to exit t the house on the second to the last day of the month which seemed odd as we rented it for two full months. The house itself was fine, had a nice outdoor space, and was in a good location. About the best I can say for it.
