The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of fun in the sun, the Big Cypress Recreation Center is a short ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, pickleball courts, and much more.
You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your beautifully decorated home away from home. The large open kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if your entertaining friends & family or just enjoying your favorite television shows. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk-in shower and his/hers vanity sinks. The guest bedrooms both have comfortable queen size bed for your guests to relax & enjoy while feeling at home. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Need a getaway area to relax and enjoy some quiet time? The charming enclosed lanai offers seating for you to enjoy reading the morning paper and while enjoying your coffee or juice. There is also additional seating with a large table and comfortable chairs on this wrap around lanai. It's a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities or grilling out with new friends heading to town squares to dance the night away!
This dog-friendly home comes complete and includes a gas BBQ grill, golf cart, and WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

Location across from Brownwood Paddock Square was convenient for restaurants, golf cart gas, picking up amenity card, dancing to nightly music and the house located in a quiet neighborhood. Upon entering we were delighted with the spaciousness of the main living area. The kitchen is huge and well-appointed if you are a cook. The fenced yard gave plenty of privacy.
