INCLUSIVE FEES –The Villages offers many amenities that can be enjoyed with a guest pass or a Resident ID Card pass. (2) Resident ID cards can be transferred to the guest if requested. The Villages charges a processing fee for the resident ID transfer of $50 and is NOT included in the rent payment above and must be paid directly to The Villages when picking up the passes. You will receive two resident IDs when requesting the resident ID transfer. Additional guest IDs may be picked up using the resident IDs, for no additional charge.
Other potential charges:
• Charge for each lost item (such as garage door opener, TV remotes and house keys) or returned check/insufficient funds is $50 per.
Rental Rules
This is a NON-SMOKING unit and lanai (Including all tobacco and e-cigarettes products).
NO pets permitted in rental unit.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT - A damage deposit is required. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (10) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
• No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
• No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
• All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in trash bags, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
• All keys, gate access badge and garage door opener are left on the kitchen counter.
• All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
• No linens are lost or damaged.
• No early check-in or late check-out unless pre-approved.
• Community passes and garage remotes are left inside the unit upon departure.

The house exceeded our expectations as did the entire visit, the house was clean comfortable well equipped and we felt very much at home. The location couldn’t have been any better.
Our host was very welcoming and exceedingly helpful. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming to us. The use of the golf cart made us feel a part of the villages.

We really enjoyed our experience at this property. Very clean, well maintained and thoughtfully provisioned. The communication with the owners was timely and everything was as shown in the listing if not even better.

We really enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen and savoring the meal on the Lanai in the beautiful Florida weather. Great location for golf, 5mins to pool 10mins to Brownwood Square. The neighbors are wonderful really made us feel at home. Looking foward to returning
