Welcome to Cappy's Watch! This beautifully constructed home is framed by marsh and ICW views on one side, and canal views on the other. The open and airy reverse floor plan allows for space for the whole family. Cappy's watch offers 5 bedrooms, and 4.5 baths with the master suite situated on the main living level. The other 4 bedrooms are located on the first floor with the 4th bedroom set up as a flex space to be either a bedroom or extra cozy area for movie nights in. There is ample outdoor decking leading to the back yard, perfect for entertaining or watching the sun go down. This home is simply charming! Linens included. Pet Friendly, maximum two dogs, $150 non-refundable pet deposit per each pet. $200 refundable elevator deposit required for elevator usage. You Tube TV available for streaming, and smart TVs for guest to log-in to their preferred streaming apps.

Beautiful house, but not functional. This house is advertised as sleeping 8-10, but the kitchen had 4 dinner plates and 4 salad plates, and 6 coffee mugs.There were NO hooks under the house to hang towels and one towel hook in the primary bathroom to hang towels after showers. Three of the four bedrooms don't have dressers to put clothes in. Again, its a beautiful house with amazing views, but its not functional for a party of more than four.
