About this house rental
The perfect multi-generational family vacation spot! Perfect for one large family or to share. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms plus a bonus room for the kids so adults and kids can enjoy their own fun time in two completely different areas. Newly refreshed with new carpet, fresh paint, interior decorations and furniture and granite countertops in the kitchen.
For those that enjoy the surf and sand, we are just 3 houses from the beach - a very easy walk to get you back and forth from the beach so not a big deal if you have to get back to the house.
The house sits on the back bay at the eastern end of the island and offers a new large floating dock and gazebo where you can swim, fish and launch your kayaks, paddle boards or dock your boat. Beautiful decks and large screened in porch allow you to enjoy the gorgeous marsh area throughout the day.
The kitchen offers brand new appliances, granite countertops and a wonderfully stocked kitchen so you are able to stay in and cook from home to enjoy more time on the island.
Below the house is a brand new large outside shower and changing area as well as a great entertaining area for friends and family. There is also a gas grill downstairs for cookouts.
All bedrooms, living room and bonus room are furnished with smart TVs and the house has high-speed WiFi. There is also a renters closet downstairs where you can find a wagon to take supplies down to the beach as well as beach umbrellas and chairs.

Sunset Beach has long had a reputation for being a superior family beach and it remains so. This Canal Dr. location is excellent. The east end of the island is quieter and the beach expanse is beautiful for a morning walk or jog toward Ocean Isle The beautiful canal view is active with wildlife. Daily we watched egrets, herons, pelicans, and one day-dolphins. Our kayakers found easy travel places to explore and to get a good morning or evening workout. The beach is a very short walk and actually closer to the house than when we were oceanfront dwellers on the west side of the island.This home designed and furnished to provide both private, alone spaces as well as inviting places for large gatherings.
