This third-row home features easy beach access. The bright, colorful interior includes three Roku TVs (incl 32" flatscreen in living room), and WIFI internet access. This property encourages its renters to enjoy the time with their families by playing any of the numerous games available or taking advantage of the outdoor amenities, including two screened porches and a crow's nest. Underneath the house, you will find two showers, outdoor seating, clothes lines, beach toys and bikes.

The property is great and only a short walk to the ocean. The view from the roof top is amazing and a great way to start your morning with a great cup of brew and a beautiful view. The host’s were very kind and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back.

We had an absolute delightful time at Sunset Beach. Much of our enjoyment came from the experience we had with this home. The layout was perfect for our multifamily visit. The kids had plenty of room to play and ample toys to keep them busy on the beach. The location made it possible for us to be able to pop down to the beach for a quick play session before heading back for snacks or meals. The owners were there for our every need and responses were quicker than any that I have ever experienced. Half way through our trip we were already looking at the availability for next year. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect for visiting the beach! Easy walk back to the house for meals, naps, etc. The bedroom situation worked great for grandma/grandpa, two couples and 5 grandsons. Enjoyed relaxing on the screened porch!!

Wonderful experience again-great big house with lots of space in a great location...wonderful supplies of bikes and beach toys to use.
Would absolutely rent again but hoping owners will provide updated deck furniture on mid deck and screened porch—the exterior could use TLC especially the railings on the mid deck and upper deck...also recommend replacing grill with something bigger and gas.
