Enjoy spacious indoor and outdoor areas, including two inviting porches, a deck with breathtaking views, and a cozy fire pit patio. The expansive kitchen is perfect for cooking and gathering with loved ones. Nestled in the lively Benson neighborhood, this home promises a unique and enjoyable experience.
The Space:

➝ Family Friendly - Pack'n Play, highchair, kids dishware provided (Pack n' Play only comes with the padding from the box, and no beddings)
➝ Parking available: 1 car garage and driveway; street parking is also available
➝ Fully stocked kitchen with coffee provided
➝ In-home washer + dryer w/ detergent and dryer sheets provided
➝ Self check-in with Smart Lock
➝ Central A/C and heat
➝ Fully fenced Backyard + BBQ Grill + outdoor seating
➝ Pet Friendly - 2 dogs under 40lbs (must be included in the reservation- $60 per pet fee) - sorry no cats
➝ 10 minutes to UNMC + UNO + Blackstone + Aksarben
➝ 15 minutes to the Zoo + Downtown + CHI Center

Please be aware that there are nearby road construction activities, and you may see “Road Closed” signs in the area. However, the property is still accessible. You can reach the driveway by approaching from Maple St. We just wanted to give you a heads-up in advance to help avoid any confusion during your arrival. 🙂

Staying here was really enjoyable. The house was very clean and had great amenities. I think one the best features was the amount of space that could be used to gather in different areas of the property.

Had a group of girls in town to see Wicked and explore Omaha and this was the perfect landing spot! Spacious main floor hang-out spaces were much appreciated! Loved the outdoor patio area and the fire pit. Overall the house was clean and cute- perfect for our weekend in Omaha!

This property was clean, nicely decorated, and in a central location. We appreciated that it was also pet friendly and had amenities for young children (bibs, highchair).
