The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous! I loved the huge backyard as we travelled with dogs. It is cute cozy little home perfect for a family
I really don’t have anything I disliked. My only recommendation would be that the door locks on the basement door were a little tricky ti open but they do open May just needs to replace them to make them easier to open but this is a beautiful house and would highly recommend

The communication with the owners was excellent. We had some questions and a problem and the owners responded very quickly. Checkin was simple. The floor plan of the house was great. The main floor was all common areas and then there were beds upstairs and downstairs.
The living room couches were very comfortable. The dining room table was great for playing games. The kitchen was very spacious with a beautiful gas stove to cook on. Also the TV's were great.
The bathrooms had nice hand soap as well as body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the showers. There was good water pressure in the showers. Every room had all the normal household supplies - soap, TP, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. This was very convenient and a pleasant surprise.
The deck and patio were nice and very spacious. They are a definite plus to the property. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. My son liked hanging out in the back yard as well as the screened front porch.
My teenage son enjoyed having the basement to himself. He said the bed was comfortable and he had a couch as well as a TV and bathroom with shower. There was a washer and dryer in the basement. We appreciated being able to do laundry before we travelled home.
The upstairs had two bedrooms with 3 beds. I slept in the room with the full size bed as it was the most comfortable for me - firm with some nice cushion. The king size bed was too soft for me. My husband slept well in the king size bed.
There was some chipped/missing paint on the ceiling in the living room and dining room. Purely cosmetic, but unsightly for me.
If you plan to cook meals, you should bring your own skillets. The quality of the skillets were the only disappointment in the kitchen. I'm glad we had some camp skillets we brought.
If you are coming to Omaha to visit the sights, be aware the house is 20 minutes from downtown.
If you are coming in the summer, the upstairs will be hot. It is an older house (which has been remodeled well) and the air doesn't cool the upstairs well. There is a portable air conditioner and a box fan upstairs. This cooled down the floor but you will have to be okay with the noise of fans running. I'm glad the owners had a solution on site or we would not have been able to sleep upstairs.
My husband said the main floor half bath has a funky smell. He thinks it is likely old cigarette smoke. (I couldn't smell it due to loss of smell from COVID in 2020).
