A great spot in the middle of the city, close to the Zoo, museum, parks, restaurants, and medical centers . A home away from home ready to for you to enjoy with large social areas, a fireplace, beautiful wooden floor, natural skylights, huge windows and cozy backyard with perennials landscaping and fire pit. There is a lower basement unit that may be occupied during your stay.

Nice place, nice quiet neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable. Everything was in working order with a couple of minor exceptions. The electronic ignition on the grill was not working, so we had to light it with a match, but it worked. We had issues with the dishwasher, which I presume have been resolved by now. Great communication from Eunice and Fernando, they would always get back to us right away, and Fernando came over a couple of times to help resolve some of the issues mentioned above. We would stay here again.

Positives: The host was very responsive & accommodating. Smelled fresh. Plenty of towels. Provided water and snacks upon arrival.Negatives: Ants were a problem inside the house, particularly in the kitchen. Lacking basic household items, such as scissors. Shower upstairs needs work (low water pressure)

Property is well maintained, clean, and updated.
Not advised of Garage and Basement used by another renter. Would be wise to have that on the description.

Beautiful property handicapp accessible. BUT. Beds were horribly uncomfortable. Not all home was central air terrible noisy awful 3 sleepless nights. Was not informed that there were guests in the basement. I think guests should be given full visibility!
