Large single-storey house of 200 m² on one level which is located in a quiet area on the island of Porquerolles, in the heart of a garden with trees (cork oaks, olive trees, palm trees, eucalyptus, mimosas...).
The property is located 650 meters from the village and within walking distance of the sea (10 minutes from the Argent beach). The house does not suffer from any vis-à-vis.
The house dates from the 60s and was designed by the architect Gillet 5 (Grand Prix de Rome). It is made of concrete and with its flat roof, now covered with vines, has a remarkable architecture.
The dining room and the living room (about 47 m²) open onto the patio in the quiet garden.
